Hemingway Daiquiri This is one of my favorite cocktails. When blended properly they go down ridiculously fast. I order even more of them these days because I use them as a litmus test for bartenders. There are lots of bar owners and restauranteurs that want to appeal to today’s customers but only really put window dressing on a very average bar program.
